CHARACTERISTICS
Aromas of honey, candied fruits, citrus with balsamic notes. Excellent balance between the roundness of the sugar and the acidity.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Good match with cooked fish, white meats, rabbit, white sauce casserole dishes. To serve at 10‐14° C.
