VINIFICATION

The grapes were de-stemmed on arrival at the winery and put directly into the pneumatic press under regulated atmosphere, saturated with carbon dioxide. The selection of juices was made through tastings. Fermentation was carried out under strict temperature control, then the wine was raised in vats for a few months.

Maturing: Raised into vats for 6 months
Aging Potential: Laying down – 2 to 3 years

CHARACTERISTICS

It has a pale gold colour with marked green lights. The nose is marked by the freshness of Muscat berries, with notes of pineapple, pear, citrus fruit and slight hints of menthol. The mouth is ample, fat and pleasantly round.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Good match with aperitif or with salads and asparagus. To serve at 10° C.
