Vinification: It is made with soft pressing (yield 70%), cold settling and fermentation with controlled temperature.
Second Fermentation: Martionotti-Charmat method
Characteristics: Intense, fruity and flora with notes of ripe apple and delicate hints of rose and acacia flowers. Fresh, dry and light in body, easy to drink wine.
Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif. It can be served with savory appetizers, perfect with seafood and marinated fish.
Conservation: Store away from light in a cool place 53-65ºF
