Characteristics:The floral, almond and warm crusty bread nose of this sparkling wine leads into exotic fruit aromas and flavours. Luscious notes of honey, apple and acacia flowers blend together harmoniously in this distinctively aromatic Cuvée.
Pairing: The ideal accompaniment to a wide range of Mediterranean dishes. Also excellent with fruit salads and for preparing long drinks.
Conservation: Store away from light in a cool place 53-65ºF
