VINIFICATION
Grapes picked manually in search for an optimum sugar / acid in the berry follow‐up of a traditional pressing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless stell tanks. Completely realized malo‐lactic fermentation.
Maturing: On lees for 6 months follow‐up of a filtration before the bottling.
Aging potential: Consume within 5-7 years
CHARACTERISTICS
Light yellow dress . Lemony scent. Fresh mouth in the notes of white flowers mixed by citrus fruits.

Good match with aperitif, toasts, grilled fish and fish with sauce.
NOTES
Crafted from 70 to 80% Chardonnay and Pinot Black, this wine, aged three years in our cellars, is distinguished from others by its finely floral character and tangy citrus borrowed. Its fine bubbles and low dosage (6g / l) gives it the expected light aperitif. This crude Luxury with great elegance accompany a plate of shellfish or salmon.
