VINIFICATION
The grapes were de-stemmed on arrival at the winery and put directly into the pneumatic press. The cool grapes were then carefully pressed. Fermentation was carried out under strict temperature control, followed by the addition of pure alcohol to preserve the desired sugar content. A long ageing for several years in an oxidative milieu in 225L casks allowed the characteristic aromas of this exceptional product to develop.

CHARACTERISTICS
Dark amber colour with mahogany tints, the sign of an exceptional product. Nose of a beautiful aromatic complexity, with woody and candied orange notes. The mouth is remarkably ample, markedly well‐balanced with notes of prunes in brandy, mild spices and orange blossom. Lovely aromatic persistence.
