VINIFICATION
Grazed harvest 80% crushed then a malo lactic fermentation into concrete vats.
Maturing: 12 months in a barrels and tanks

CHARACTERISTICS
This cuvee with notes of blackcurrant walls, and spices is powerful and smooth, firm tannins, rich color, Corsican, dense and rich mouth. Very promising.

Best with: Fowls , Cassoulet and Cheeses. To be served at : 16 or 18° C.
