VINIFICATION
After being scratched in a different percentage each year, the harvest goes into concrete tanks where there is a winemaking Malo‐lactic fermentation with temperature monitoring, daily pumping and unloading.
Maturing: 24 months in a barrels and tanks with a maturing on lies
Aging potential: 15+ years
CHARACTERISTICS
This wine has a nice garnet dress fairly steady. Nose quite blossomed with fruity accents, mingled tone of cocoa and chocolate. Elegant mouth with finesse. Great balance.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Best with: Meat fried with mushrooms, duck confit, cheese. To be served at: 16 or 18° C .
