VINIFICATION
Crushing and de-stemming. Fermentation and maceration during 1 mouth in inox tank. Pumping over all the days. Press. Blending press wine and free run wine.
Maturing: Ageing during 18 mouth Oak barrels.
Aging potential: Laying down : 8‐10 years
CHARACTERISTICS
Very clear and bright garnet color wine. Powerful nose with aromas of ripe red fruits (currant, blackberry) spices (liquorice and pepper) with toasted nuts, toast and vanilla. Ample wine with lots of volume and freshness. Spicy notes are followed by fruity (very ripe fruit).
FOOD PAIRINGS
Good match with beef, meet sauce. Cheese and chocolate cake. To serve at 16‐17°C
